What happens if my class gets cancelled?
We will notify you 7 calendar days prior to your class if the class has been cancelled due to low enrollment. At that time, you may elect to receive a full refund of registration fees paid or credit toward alternative class(es).

The Thursday prior to your class, you will receive access instructions for the class.

We recommend logging into the session 15-30 minutes early in case you have any technical difficulties.
Are the classes recorded?
No, the classes are not recorded.

You will need a computer with a browser, audio speakers, Adobe Flash player and Internet connection.
Is there call-in number for this class?
No, the audio for virtual classes will be broadcast via your computer speakers using Voice-Over IP.

Who do I contact if I need to re-schedule/cancel a certification exam?
Customers can make the change on their own up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled exam by logging into their Webassessor account, clicking on the details of their scheduled exam, and then clicking on the "Reschedule" or "Cancel" button. All reschedule or cancellation requests within 72 hours will be charged a $75 late fee and are processed by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
