Non-renewal, cancellations and refunds policy.

Effective date: November 22, 2024

1. SaaS subscriptions notice of cancellation or non-renewal:

    • Initiation of Process: The client may choose to cancel or not to renew the Fast Cloud Consulting, Corp. services by providing written notice of non-renewal with at least 45 days prior to the renewal date by notifying billing@fastcloudconsulting.com, unless otherwise agreed in written between parties.

    • Effectiveness of Cancellations or Non-Renewal: Notwithstanding the aforementioned, non-renewal or cancellations of SaaS subscriptions will be effective at the end of the contracted term indicated in your license order form.
       

2. Refunds:

Due to the nature of our services (professional services, support plans, and SaaS subscriptions) no full or partial refunds shall be provided once payments have been made.

3. Personal Data Processing:

By contracting any of Fast Cloud Consulting, Corp. services, the user authorizes Fast Cloud Consulting, Corp. to collect, store, and process their personal data in order to provide the contracted service. The information will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy. The user has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data, as well as to oppose its processing.
